| Description: | Apply principles of physics, mechanics, engineering mathematics, and mechanical or electrical engineering to assist the engineering team with conceptual design, processes, and creation of detailed drawings for MWD tools.

| Duties: | Duties / Essential Functions
• Able to provide creative solutions to electrical and mechanical design problems using current technology
• Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel including engineering and manufacturing technicians
• Update and create work and assembly instruction and procedures
• Create or update drawings and schematics to support assembly process, or engineering change orders
• Assist engineer with development of test methods and help simplify tool assembly and maintenance
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering re: development of ATE programs in support of the required ATP
• Provide training to new build and repair assemblers
• Reviews existing processes and develops solutions to increase productivity

| Qualifications: | Education / Requirements
• 4 year Degree in Engineering Technology
• Years of Experience: 0-2 (with 4yr degree) or 10+ with on the job training
• Must be computer literate, experienced in Solidworks and Electrical CAD SW
• Must be able to work with limited supervision
• Must be trustworthy, conscientious, self motivated, dedicated
• Ability to communicate effectively in English |
